Job Description:
As a remote lead generator, you will be responsible for contacting homeowners in your assigned territory and educating them about the benefits of solar energy. You will also qualify them as leads and schedule appointments for our solar consultants to visit them and provide them with customized solar solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our company and the voice of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Contact homeowners in your assigned territory through various channels, such as phone, email, text,
social media, etc.
- Explain the features and advantages of our solar products and services.
- Identify the needs and interests of potential customers and qualify them as leads.
- Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to visit them and provide them with customized solar
solutions.
- Follow up with customers and confirm appointments.
- Track and report your daily activities and results using our CRM system.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to use a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for data entry and communication.
