Outside Canvasser (Full Time)

We are a solar energy business that provides high-quality solar panels and systems to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an outside canvasser to join our team and help us generate leads and sales in your area.
Job Description:
As an outside canvasser, you will be responsible for going door to door in your assigned territory and educating homeowners about the benefits of going solar. You will also set up appointments for our solar consultants to visit them and provide them with customized solar solutions. You will be the first impression of our company and the face of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Go door to door in your assigned territory and engage with homeowners.
- Explain the features and advantages of our solar products and services.
- Identify the needs and interests of potential customers and qualify them as leads.
- Set up appointments for our solar consultants to visit them and provide them with customized solar solutions.
- Follow up with customers and confirm appointments.
- Track and report your daily activities and results using our CRM system.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to travel within your assigned territory and have reliable transportation.
- Able to use a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for data entry and communication.
